We really enjoyed our stay, but what stood out most was the receptionist (Michal Cialowicz), who did an excellent job. He was always attentive, polite and ready to help with anything we needed. He really made a difference in our experience. We would definitely come back!

It was our first time in this hotel and although we arrived late at night, we enjoyed that they had a 24hr reception and that we could park our car for free in the backyard. We also got a room upgrade for free which was nice. The breakfast was rich and full of variety. Probably the best breakfast we have ever had!

the location was easy to find at night. the room was clean and cosy, though windows were faced towards a busy and noisy street - we had a choice to use air conditioning or open the window at night for a cool air to breeze in. Breakfast was really good and rich - vegetables and fruits fresh, eggs perfectly cooked, etc.

Everything was very clean, staff were friendly. They even called our room to say they are waiting on us for breakfast, even though we thought it's too late. We loved the stay!

Location was not bad,close to the bus stop and few shops around. Clean and spacious rooms.

Perfect as always. Staying for the third time during my trips to Krakow in last 3 years. Good location for those who is traveling by car. City entry/exit with no problems. 15min driving from the old town. Good parking. Perfect breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel small but cozy, good location if you are traveling, good breakfast. Dinner was just fantastic (for additional money of course). Waitress in the restaurant was very professional, perfect english language.

Great hotel for family of 5, parked car for free there, walked into main square. Room was really good size for family with 3 teenagers. Good buffet breakfast.

The location was good if you travel with pet. Plus is a parking option.

The rooms were great, cleaned and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and would recommend it for the variety of options.
